Back Issue makes vintage-wash tees with a big illustrated print on the back and a small numbered badge on the front. Comics, games, cartoons, horror, sci-fi and monsters.
Issues
111 on the rackEvery design is an issue, and every issue gets a number. The number sits in the badge on the chest. It is also how we find your design when you write to us, so quote it.
Covers and runs
Run 05 · 3 coversDesigns come in runs. Cover A, Cover B and Cover C are three takes on one idea. Pick the one you like, or collect the run.
How an issue is made
03 stepsDrawn from canon references
Every cover starts from reference art of the character, so the costume, the colours and the small details match the source.
Printed on request
Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, our print partner prints your tee by direct-to-garment (DTG) and it leaves within 2–4 business days.
Numbered
The issue number goes into the front badge. The cover letter goes on the product page.
What we don’t do
No countdown timers. No made-up reviews. No “only 2 left” unless it is true. When a design sells out, the page says sold out.
The small print
Back Issue is fan-made, unofficial merchandise. We are not affiliated with, licensed or endorsed by any studio, publisher, creator or rights holder. The characters and titles belong to their owners.
