US, UK and EU: 8–14 business days after it ships. Canada and Australia: 2–3 weeks. Asia: 11–15 business days. Everywhere else: 2–3 weeks. We email the tracking number when it ships.

If tracking shows no delivery 30 days after dispatch, we refund in full.

Yes, within 14 days of the delivery date on tracking, unworn and unwashed. Email us first. You pay the return postage; original shipping is refunded only if we got it wrong.
