The short version

• These terms cover buying from and using this site, run by Back Issue ("Back Issue", "we").
• Back Issue sells fan-made, unofficial merchandise, not affiliated with any rights holder.
• Tees are printed on request. Shipping and returns follow the Shipping and Returns policies.
• Nothing here takes away the rights you have under consumer law.

The detail

1. Using the site

You must be of legal age where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, to break its security, to scrape or spam it, or to harass anyone.

2. The products

Each tee is printed after you order it. Colours on screen vary by device, and vintage-wash garments vary slightly from one to the next; small differences in shade and wash are not a fault. Measurements are in the Size guide.

3. Fan-made merchandise

The designs are illustrations of characters and works we like, drawn from reference art. Character names, titles and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a design shows. Back Issue is not affiliated with, licensed or endorsed by any studio, publisher or rights holder.

Rights holders with a concern about a design can email driftinthecut@gmail.com with "Rights" in the subject line. We review every notice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you shop in. Taxes and duties calculated at checkout where applicable. Automatic discounts, such as bundle pricing, apply in the bag and show before you pay. Prices and offers can change, but not on an order you have already paid for.

5. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example after a pricing error, suspected fraud or a design we can no longer print. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Set out in the Shipping policy and the Returns policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Our content

The site's photographs, text, layout and code belong to Back Issue or its licensors. Do not copy or resell them without written permission.

8. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or idea, you allow us to use, edit and publish it without payment. Only send material you have the right to share.

9. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live.
